• Identity Data: First name, last name, date of birth, identity card/passport scans (when required by Egyptian tourist police for specific trips).
• Contact Data: Email address, billing address, telephone numbers.
• Financial Data: Payment details. (Note: We do NOT store your full credit card details. All payments are processed securely via our Level 1 PCI-compliant gateway, Kashier.)
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system and platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly for legitimate business purposes:

• To process and manage your tour bookings.
• To arrange necessary tourist police permits in Egypt.
• To manage our relationship with you, including notifying you about changes to terms or privacy policies.
• To enable you to partake in our Loyalty Program (LifeOS).

3. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. Access to your personal data is limited to those employees, agents, and contractors who have a business need to know.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We may have to share your data with the following third parties for operational purposes:

• Egyptian Tourist Police (for travel permits required by law).
• Direct service providers (drivers, boat captains) only to the extent necessary (e.g., your name and hotel room for pickup).
• IT and system administration service providers.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to:

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request correction of your personal data.
• Request erasure of your personal data ('right to be forgotten').
