Once your payment is processed successfully, you will immediately receive an email containing your booking voucher and receipt. You do not need to print this voucher; simply showing it on your smartphone to our guide is perfectly fine.

We offer a 100% full refund for any cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours are generally non-refundable, though exceptions may be made for documented medical emergencies.

Yes, round-trip transportation from your hotel is included in almost all of our tours in Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, and Marsa Alam. Please ensure you provide your exact hotel name and room number (if known) during checkout. For hotels outside the main city zones (e.g., El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay), a small transfer surcharge may apply.

Our website processes secure online payments in USD, EUR, GBP, and EGP via the Kashier payment gateway. You can use any major Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card. We do not currently accept PayPal.

Most nationalities require a visa to enter Egypt. You can usually purchase a 30-day tourist visa upon arrival at the airport for $25 USD (cash only). Alternatively, you can apply for an e-visa online before your trip through the official Egyptian government portal. Please check the specific requirements for your passport nationality before traveling.
